Neil Anderson, director of Kendoon Housing Association in Drumchapel, Glasgow, is to retire at the end of this month.
Anderson was appointed director of the association in February 1994 and will retire just one month short of 25 years in post.
Reflecting on his time at Kendoon, He said;
“I’m proud of all that has been achieved and in particular the significant contribution which the association has made to the overall regeneration of the Drumchapel area. All our successes have only been possible through partnership working and the valued contribution of a long list of organisations and individuals – too numerous to mention. I’ve enjoyed an excellent working relationship with my management committee members and long serving, or should that be long suffering, staff team.”
The Association is currently undertaking a comprehensive ‘future options’ appraisal exercise and has appointed Wendy McCracken as Interim Director.
